Gambling— a huge way to earn money very easily during world cup.
When we see a football match with some friends the first statement comes from us is “dude let’s make a bate who’s gonna win the match” this leads to gambling. The gambling may affect the world cup football seriously. This is in fact very much easier now as the gambling companies offer us the chance to do some spread betting as well as offering us a n amount of credit, too.
It is easy to gamble in 2010? In fact very easy as gamblers don’t even need to leave the house. If this were 1950, they would need to go to the races and place my bet with an on-course bookie or make an arrangement with an illegal bookmaker. If this were 1970, they could set up a credit line with a bookmaker and call him on the phone. Else, they’d have to wait until the bookie’s opened and pass their money to a guy in a booth, and walk away with their betting slip.
But today there is no botheration to get dressed. Anyone open his/her laptop and log on to Betfair. Five minutes later they have set up an online betting account and deposited £50. There’s an array of odds on just about every outcome you can imagine – goals, corners, penalties, sending-off. The odds represent people’s opinions, backed by money. it’s become an exchange, like a stock exchange. They are staking my money against somebody who thinks they will lose.
Click! That’s all it takes.
So it is easy for any one to earn money during the world cup. They need not to be professional gambler or match fixer. But as there is a proverb “practice makes a man perfect”, they may become professional gambler and it is a huge threat for the sports world.
